Yoga unites the mind, body, and soul in a way that eases tension, reduces inflammation, and promotes health and well being. Yoga truly is for everyone and every BODY. In all of our classes we offer modifications, props and healthy alignment for all of the poses throughout.
Yoga is a great way to not only gain strength and flexibility, but to get in touch with your mind. By combining movement, stretching, breath work and some seated quiet time...you allow yourself to let go. It is truly the best gift you could give yourself. It is important to take a break from daily life in order to focus on yourself and get clarity. Focusing on your breath during practice is key to staying in tune with your mind and body.
Yoga is not just an exercise, but a way of life. By choosing to do just one class a week you are making the choice to better you health in so many other ways too. We hope to be part of your yoga and wellness journey.
